Or something like that, went my thought process behind this. So, here he is, the General Inspector of Buildings; Berlin. He was some years away from becoming Minister of Armaments when the reference photo was taken.

Done in MyPaint, on Ubuntu Lucid Lynx, in about 2 hrs.

Yeah, it is. I have trouble with flatness when it come to my digital art. I need to learn to use the dodge/burn tool properly.
I think it's the left eye that does it.
